Consciously co-created pieces are executed during an afternoon, evening, or over several days. Each piece reflects the positive energy of the participants and that particular event.

These uplifting paintings are "impressionistic / non-objective" in style.

SusieQ participates in events, such as concerts, conferences, expositions and television shows. Please feel free to contact her for your next event.
Upon completion of a piece that SusieQ has created with a group of people, she signs the collective work and paints one dot for each participant that contributed to the piece. This is her way of honoring that process.

"Central America - from the Decks of the Maasdam"
February 6-13, 2010

As SusieQ traveled on the MS Maasdam (Holland American Line) from the her home port (Fort Lauderdale, Florida) to San Diego, California via the Panama Canal, she set up a painting station on the ship for anyone to add to a co-creative piece. The theme was the ever-changing landscape. As we cruised from Fort Lauderdale south and east to Oranjestad, Aruba, then through the Panama Canal and northward to Puerto Caldera, Costa Rica the painting developed. The finished product is here for your enjoyment. It was a wonderful, fun, relaxing environment in which to paint. Much of the piece was done on the Lido Deck by the pool. Other places I set up the "station" was in the lounge on the 12th deck forward and the aft outside pool area. It was a wonderful trip and I so enjoyed meeting so many fabulous people. The painting concluded after we left the port of Puerto Caldera. I had taken a shore excursion to visit the mid-level rainforest. Our guide shared that Costa Rica places much attention on sustainability and preservation. I believe 30 or more percent of the land is set aside for long term conservation.

"The Islands and Pacific Coastline of Mexico
from Onboard the Maasdam"
February 14-16, 2010

As SusieQ traveled on the MS Maasdam (Holland American Line) from the port of Huatulco, Mexico to San Diego, California she offered her watercolor "canvas" for those aboard the Maasdam to "add a dab" to the co-creative artwork. Most of the piece was done on the Lido Deck by the pool. We all had a wonderful view of the Pacific Ocean's Coastline of Central America as we headed north toward San Diego. Our port stops were Huatulco, Acapulco and Cabo San Lucas.

16 painting participants (listed in order of participation): Gine Lancaster, Elisabeth Conil Lacoste, Cecile McIlvride, Almina Mandigma, Annie Sy, Danneth Dela Cruz, Roger Samy, Betsy Wentworth, Margaret Eve, Pat Edoff, Carol Farris, Antonio Hapin, Martha Work, Alex Gray, Kathy Donovan, and Jan Richter
